Did I mention the sketch books?

So… whats new in my life?

I,ve just recovered from a really bad cold this weekend, but now I’m back on my feet. Apart from having class, I’ve spent the last couple of days collecting research for my three sketch books and i’ve been drawing half of the 20 sketches that I have to do this week. Sketching is fun, but it takes a lot of time.

Yesterday, In computer design, we started with the basics in photoshop and after school I did some home work and after that I went over to Vesa to get a new haircut! I’m really happy with how it turned out! (I’ll post some pictures tomorrow, I’m going to colour my hair later tonight).

This is the first picture I did in computer design (everyone did basically the same)

Then, we had to put an outfit together, and also add some things that we like and a famous person. This is what I came up with :P

Tomorrow, in design process, we are going to the Yohji Yamamoto exhibition at the V&A Museum.  I’m hoping that it will give me some inspiration for the sketch book ^^

Denim shorts

I’m sure you have all been waiting eagerly for me to update the blog, but unfortunately I have been very busy lately. This week is the end of term, and I have been working on the final projects. But I’m back now and I hope you’ll forgive me.

Anyway, I thought I would show you what I’ve been working on in my sewing techniques class for the last couple of weeks. We had to make something out of denim and I decided to do a pair of short, high waisted denim shorts. I’m actually pretty happy with it, even though I’m not a very big fan of denim.

What do you think? ^^

New try!

So here I am (again) with a new blog.

This has the same adress as the previous one.

I had some problems with uploading pictures, which ended up with me becoming frustrated and deleting the new blog and trying to upload WordPress again. So I’ve been spending some time looking through files, trying to change settings in the FTP-client etc, etc…

But it works now!

I am a genious!

And to celebrate that, why not showing the drawing that I’ve just finished and that I was actually pretty happy with:

(It is approx. A3-format)

What do you think? :)
